Back pain is one of the major problems which many of us are facing. This has now turned to be one of the common problems. We can’t just blame the age factor alone for it since nowadays everyone irrespective of their ages is affected by this back pain. This mainly occurs due to prolonged sitting or standing or remaining in same posture for a long time. Due to this back muscles get strained and cause the back pain. Nowadays as technology has developed a lot everyone are forced to rely on desktop computers for all our activities leading to prolonged working on desktop computers. Due to this we will be sitting in front of computers for a long time in same posture. This is the main reason for back pain. There are few exercises that can reduce your back pain and by doing those exercises regularly you can stay away from back pain.
