You can give yourself a spa relief using ingredients available in the kitchen itself. Some of the following spa treatments can be carried out in the home itself at free of cost.
Gardener’s Hand Scrub. Mix 1 tsp of olive oil, juice of ½ lemons, 2 tsp of honey and 2 drops almond extract. Massage into hands and wrap with a towel.Rinse after 15 minutes. The lemon cleans and the oil and honey softens your skin.
Hot Stone Foot Bath. Place marbles or clean smooth stones in a basin; fill the basin with hot water. Add 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder, 2tbs buttermilk powder, 2 tbs baking soda, and 1/8 tbs cinnamon and mix. Immerse your feet and roll them over the stones, concentrate on sore spots and then soak.
